What do you do at Pangolin?

I do everything smart contract related, from designing to writing to deploying to reviewing. I am currently developing our novel staking solution. I am also modifying some of our existing contracts for deploying them on [redacted] network.

What’s one of your favorite songs?

What did you do before working in crypto?

I worked as a janitor and a rental agent. On my free time, I was ricing my GNU/Linux desktop and writing leet shell scripts.

What originally got you into crypto? What were some of your first investments?

I want full control of my life savings. I assume the responsibility, and seize control. I shall not give anyone else control of my money and my life. I empower myself. I can manage a seed phrase, thank you, I do not need your bank. So I moved all my life savings to Bitcoin and Monero in the beginning of 2021.

What types of projects most excite you in the space (outside of Pangolin, of course)?

I really want a decentralized permissionless peer-to-peer social network. Because being a human is all about socializing.

If you could go back in time and give yourself one piece of advice from the day you started investing in crypto, what would it be?

Do not delay learning blockchain development.

What led to you working at Pangolin?

I joined the Pangolin internship in late 2020. Pangolin was always special for me because it was the first dapp I had used. So I jumped at the opportunity. I was mostly a degen trader & NFT collector back then, but I was also gradually learning Solidity. As I got better and better in blockchain development, Justin noticed me, and I joined the team full time.

Which part of our 2022 Roadmap are you most excited for? And why?

Our new staking solution. Imagine if your 100 PNG worth 150 PNG. That is not a joke.
